Shipping Policy

We strive to ship every order ordered by 2 pm Eastern Time, weekdays, the same day.
Of course, back ordered products cannot be shipped until they are in stock again.
We are sometimes able to ship orders that arrive up to 4:45 pm or so the same day.

If your item is back ordered, please contact us if you wish to purchase a different item instead.

In rare cases, our shipping companies do not arrive as requested, and we will not be able to ship that day. Weather and other situations sometimes prevent the trucking companies from meeting their pickup schedules.

Terms and Conditions

We accept most major credit cards for shipments to the United States.
We also accept cash or checks. We will need to wait for checks to clear the bank.
For international orders, we request payment via a wire transfer.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, for example, they are heavy, and expensive to ship, we handle returns on a case by case basis. In general, for returns, the customer is expected to pay shipping both ways, unless there is an inherent defect in our batteries. 

We strive to be fair to our customers and we will work hard to resolve any issues fairly.
