As a novice in solar power installation, I initially thought I needed a small charger. You answered my call and asked insightful questions about my needs, making serious recommendations that I really didn’t need the charger. I appreciate your suggestion and to call back when tasks have been completed for further instruction. If this isn’t true customer service, I don’t know what is. Trophy Battery is the place to go for all battery needs.
I recently had an inverter malfunction and had to be replaced. My inverter was from a different company, but I have 2 48v trophy batteries that I purchased a little over 2 years ago. I called Trophy to make sure I had proper settings for my batteries in the new inverter. Dan went above and beyond with support. Not only did he help me with battery settings, he found a manual for my inverter and walked me through ALL the settings. I will continue to purchase my batteries from Trophy and reccommend to all my friends because the support is so top notch. In this day and age, it is a breath of fresh air to get a knowlegable English-speaking tech on the phone eager to help. Thanks Dan.
I installed a 48v 220ah trophy server rack battery in my truck camper along with Victron components supplied by Dan at Trophy Battery and the system is great and the customer service is the best I’ve ever seen. I can call Dan at anytime with any issue with wiring up my system and learning the ins and outs of the battery and its protection scheme. He has extensive knowledge and the best customer service out there.

Trophy Batteries use Lithium Ferrous Phosphate (LiFePO4) chemistry, one of the safest battery technologies available. Unlike standard lithium-ion, LiFePO4 cells do not experience thermal runaway and will not catch fire if damaged.
We only use brand-name, top-tier cells from EVE Energy, never unbranded or unspecified cells. Each battery is built with laser-welded bus bars, heavy-duty internal wiring, and a reinforced metal case designed for long-term reliability in real-world installations.
Simply put: we focus on safety, transparency, and build quality, not inflated specs.
LiFePO4 batteries must not be charged when frozen. That’s why every Trophy Battery includes built-in, BMS-controlled heaters.
If temperatures approach freezing, the heaters automatically warm the cells using charging power only, never draining your battery. Once safe temperature is reached, normal charging resumes.
This process is fully automatic and protects your battery from permanent cold-weather damage, something many batteries on the market do not address at all.
